21Vianet to repurchase 48.63 mln shares from Tuspark for USD 260 million

Chinese data centre operator 21Vianet has signed a share purchase agreement with Tuspark, pursuant to which 21Vianet will purchase from Tuspark 48.63 million Class B ordinary shares of the company for USD 260 million. The repurchase price has been set at USD 5.346 per ordinary share, or USD 32.076 per ADS.
