3CX acquires Askozia

3CX, a developer of software-based unified communications platforms, acquired Askozia, a German company that created the Asterisk based IP telephone system AskoziaPBX. 3CX said this acquisition fits perfectly within its global expansion strategy as more than 10,000 SMEs are using Askozia. Askozia became 3CX Germany after the acquisition.
