9 Telecom, a French ADSL provider, offers its ADSL 128 service for EUR 19 per month and its ADSL 512 for EUR 23 per month. The download speeds for the services are respectively 128 Kbps and 512 Kbps and the upload speeds amount to 64 Kbps and 128 Kbps respectively. The ADSL 1024 (1024 Kbps down- and 256 Kbps upload speed) offer costs EUR 27 per month. For all offers there are no installation costs and the modem costs EUR 30. These prices are available for customers that use 9 Telecom's carrier select services. For non CPS users the services costs EUR 5 per month extra.
