Indian operator Bharti Airtel has launched its ‘#AirtelThanks’ digital program to offer exclusive benefits to customers. Under the programme, all Airtel customers who spend INR 100 per month or more on mobile services will receive additional benefits. These benefits will include access to premium digital content, offers on smartphones and online shopping vouchers. The higher the monthly ARPU commitment, the more benefits a customer will receive.
All these benefits will be digitally delivered through the MyAirtel App, Airtel TV, and Wynk Music. Customers will receive regular offer updates round the year under the newly created #AirtelThanks section on MyAirtel App and Airtel TV. Airtel is partnering with brands across product categories to provide the service. The digital programme allows brands to engage with smartphone customers, and Airtel will work with partners to co-create custom-made offerings for Airtel customers.
Exclusive content benefits under #AirtelThanks include a 3-month subscription to the Netflix service. Airtel mobile customers on Infinity Postpaid plans of INR 499 and above will get three months Netflix subscription worth INR 1,500. Existing Netflix subscribers will also be eligible for this gift and will receive a credit of INR 1,500 in their Netflix account. Eligible customers can take the Netflix subscription gift on the Airtel TV app or MyAirtel app.
All Airtel prepaid and postpaid customers with monthly ARPU commitment of INR 199 and above will get complimentary access to premium ZEE5 content, including original series and movies. This benefit can be accessed by eligible customers via the Airtel TV app.
As part of Flipkart's Big Billion Day sale, Airtel Prepaid customers can get special benefits of up to INR 4,500 plus 100 GB bonus data on all Flipkart exclusive smartphones as part of the #AirtelThanks programme. The offer will be available to customers who recharge with an unlimited bundle of INR 199, INR 249 or INR 448.
In addition, Airtel will soon announce #AirtelThanks benefits for its 'V-Fiber' Home Broadband customers.
