Altice raises USD 3.8 bln in debt for Optimum refinancing

Altice has announced that it has raised USD 3.8 billion to extend the maturity of part of the existing debt of its US subsidiary, Optimum. The company successfully priced USD 2.5 billion of 8-year senior secured loan and USD 1.31 billion of 10.5-year senior guaranteed notes offered to institutional investors.
