Apple files patent infringement suit against HTC
Apple filed a lawsuit against HTC for alleged infringement of 20 patents related to the iPhone's user interface, underlying architecture and hardware. The lawsuit was filed with the US International Trade Commission and in US District Court in Delaware. Further details of the allegations were not released. Apple filed a similar suit against Nokia in December 2009.

HTC and Nokia shouldn't be found liable of infringing Apple's patents, the staff of the US International Trade Commission recommended. Apple has filed new patent infringement charges against HTC.
