Apple iPad sales reach over 2 million units
Apple has announced that sales of the iPad have topped 2 million units in less than 60 days since its launch in the US on 03 April. The company started to sell the iPad in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland and the UK this past weekend and will extend this to nine more countries in July and further countries later in 2010.

Apple announced its iPad will launch in another nine countries on 23 July. Apple heeft in minder dan 60 dagen ruim twee miljoen iPads verkocht, gerekend vanaf 3 april. Dat meldt Apple op zijn website. Big queues at Apple London store as iPad goes on sale

Hundreds of shoppers queued outside Apple's flagship London store to be among the first to get the new iPad, reports BBC News Online.
