Apple loses initial ITC ruling in Motorola case
Motorola Mobility announced an initial ruling at the ITC in the case brought by Apple against the company. The Administrative Law Judge at the US ITC issued an initial determination in favor of Motorola Mobility, finding no violation for any of the three Apple patents listed in Apple's suit. Apple was seeking a ban on imports of Motorola Android phones in the US. The judge's ruling remains subject to review by the full ITC.

The US International Trade Commission ruled that Apple's iPhone and iPad violate one of Motorola Mobility's patents, Cnet reports.
