
AT&T to offer Windows 7.5 phones in Q4, update OS to Mango

AT&T plans to add new Windows phones running Windows Phone 7.5 Mango, and update its current portfolio. The 4G Windows Phones launching in the fourth quarter will include products from HTC and Samsung. AT&T will launch the Samsung Focus S and Samsung Focus Flash smartphones. Samsung Focus S features a 4.3-inch Super Amoled Plus display, 1.4GHz processor, and front-facing 1.3-megapixel and rear-facing 8-megapixel cameras. The Samsung Focus Flash features a 3.7-inch Super Amoled screen, a 1.4 GHz processor and a 5-megapixel camera plus front-facing camera. AT&T will also launch the HTC Titan smartphone. The HTC Titan features a 4.7-inch screen, 1.5 GHz processor and an 8-megapixel camera with dual LED flash. AT&T will offer the Windows Phone Mango update to its portfolio of Windows Phones this fall. Current Windows Phones from AT&T include the HTC HD7S, HTC Surround, LG Quantum and Samsung Focus.
