Tuesday 4 February 2020 | 16:01 CET | News
AT&T said fans used more than 10.2 TB of data during the SuperBowl LIV in Miami on 2 February. That's equal to taking more than 28 million selfies from the stands or streaming HD video for 55 days straight. The company saw more than 14.5 TB of data cross its network within a 2-mile radius of the stadium the day of the football match. Mobile traffic within a 2-mile radius of game-related events taking place 25 January through 2 February, including fan festivals, concerts, the game and other activities, totaled more than 172 TB.
