AT&T may become fourth mobile operator in Czech Republic - report

Czech portal iDnes.cz discussed the possibility of AT&T entering the market as the country's fourth mobile operator through the 5G spectrum auction, based on discussions in Davos between Prime Minister Andrej Babis and the CEO of AT&T Communication, John Donovan. The auction for frequencies in the bands 700 MHz and 3.5 GHz is planned for the second half of the year. The regulator CTU intends to reserve a part of the frequencies for a new entrant.
