AT&T sells 42% stake in Game Show Network to SPE for USD 500 mln

Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE) has announced the acquisition of AT&T's minority stake in Game Show Network (GSN) for around USD 500 million. The deal for the 42 percent stake makes SPE the sole owner of GSN, which offers original and classic game programmes such as such as Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune to millions of US cable subscribers. It also offers online and mobile games to users through GSN Games.
