ATH to acquire Digitech Group companies for USD 13.32 mln

Amalgamated Telecom (ATH), via its ATH International Venture subsidiary, has agreed to acquire a 70 percent stake in each of Digitec Communications, Etech ICT Pte and Etech IcT PTY for a total price of USD 13.32 million. The Digitech Group of companies are based in Papya New Guinea, Singapore and Australia, respectively and provide internet services, computing hardware, software and cloud services in Papua New Guinea.
