Austrian FTTH network operator Xlink has connected more than 1,500 customers to its broadband via FTTH service Xwave in the city of Salzburg. At the same time, Xlink has started to offer 10 Gbps broadband via its FTTH network in Eugendorf as well as its digital TV service FiberTV with up to 6,000 TV channels. The price for this service was not given, but Xlink offers 1 Gbps broadband plus 1,000 digital TV channels for EUR 149.80 per month. The operator also continued to expand its FTTH coverage by activating a network in Kuehnsdorf – Eberndorf.
