Belarusian national operator Beltelecom will launch its first triple-play package from 5 May. The Universal package for households includes 1,500 minutes of monthly telephone calls, including 1,000 minutes of local calls, 300 minutes of regional calls and 200 minutes of national calls. The package also offers unlimited broadband at up to 1,024kbps and IPTV services for a BYR 90,000 monthly subscription fee.
