BSkyB to produce more international TV shows

Tuesday 7 October 2014 | 14:42 CET | News

Another aspect of the merger will be to use BSkyB's larger size to negotiate pan-European rights against rivals like Netflix. Over 95 percent of BSkyBs independent shareholders voted in favour of the deal on 6 October, while 21st Century Fox abstained.
