
BT has launched its new Halo converged broadband, mobile and phone plan, available to new customers from GBP 57.99 per month. More than one million existing BT Plus customers will automatically seer their package upgraded to Halo for free.
The new Halo converged plan will provide customers with superfast connectivity at home and on the go. Customers can access BT's new Home Tech Experts for in-home support, and the latest Smart Hub with Wi-Fi Controls. Halo comes with an improved Keep Connected Promise. If a customer experiences a problem with their broadband or move home, a 4G Mini Hub will be sent out to keep them online. Halo customers will also benefit from no out of contract rises.
Halo customers can take the new 'No Limits' plan with unlimited calls and data on their home phone and mobile. They can also add BT 5G plans, and all BT mobile customers within a Halo households will get a double data boost.
The launch of BT's new team of 900 Home Tech Experts comes as research by the company shows that more than half (54%) of Brits own technology they don't know how to make the most of. The average Brit has more than GBP 7,500 worth of technology in their home, and spend GBP 3,600 on new gadgets and upgrades each year, from TVs to laptops and mobiles.
