Carrier taps AT&T's IoT to monitor chillers

Wednesday 22 February 2017 | 09:44 CET | News
Carrier's Smart Service is using AT&T IoT technology to collect data about chillers and improve their operation. Carrier Smart Service is available in the United States with AquaEdge water-cooled chillers with product integrated controls. Depending on the collected results, Carrier's Smart Service can then provide recommendations for service, repairs or system modifications. This collaboration will provide facility managers the capability to make more informed maintenance decisions so that service and repairs are only preformed when needed often before an issue arises.
