Cisco introduces new support services for customers

Cisco announced the introduction of new AI-driven services to help IT departments predict potential network problems and optimise the use of Cisco products.

The subscription Business Critical Services include analytics, automation, compliance and security support from Cisco experts. These are designed to help minimize human error, extract the most value from products and create a secure IT environment. Cisco said the services can help reduce downtime by 74 percent, resolve issues 41 percent faster and reduce operational costs by 21 percent.

Also new are Cisco High-value Services, a new tier of technical support. Elements include analytics, onboarding, expertise and scaling to deliver more proactive and prescriptive services. High-value Services include new advanced support options for Cisco software and hardware as well as third-party partners, plus network-level support.
