Crosscall wins contract with French railway company SNCF for 21,000 mobile handsets

French phone maker Crosscall, an expert in rugged and waterproof handsets, has been selected by national rail company SNCF to equip a workforce of 21,000 train inspectors with mobile devices, reports Le Figaro. Following a tender process, Crosscall secured a contract worth around EUR 8 million over three years, strengthening its credentials in the B2B and public sector markets. These two market segments accounted for half of the company's EUR 71.6 million annual revenues in 2018.
