CTIA, ACA, AT&T file lawsuits against FCC internet rules

CTIA-The Wireless Association, the American Cable Association are the latest groups to file lawsuits in Washington, DC against the FCC's decision to impose new net neutrality rules. CTIA chairman and CEO of Bluegrass Cellular Ron Smith said that the FCC's new rules are full service regulations that will harm mobile consumers and providers across the country. The mobile industry group is particularly concerned about the extension of broadband regulations to wireless services, saying the rules will "chill investment and innovation and increase costs for consumers".
