Cyfrowy Polsat ups Q1 EBITDA by 2 percent on 0.6 percent revenue growth

Polish group Cyfrowy Polsat, consolidating inter alia the results of TV Polsat, Polkomtel and internet TV Ipla, lifted Q1 revenues by 0.6 percent year-on-year to PLN 2.346 billion, applying the IFRS15 standards. EBITDA grew by 2 percent year-on-year to PLN 890 million, including a negative effect of roaming totalling PLN 25 million. The main source of revenue growth was the segment of broadcasting and TV production.
