Data & Audio Visual Enterprises Wireless (Dave Wireless) has entered into a multi-year roaming agreement with Canadian operator Rogers Wireless. The agreement provides future Dave Wireless subscribers with nationwide mobile voice and data services. Dave Wireless president Dave Dobbin said the company is building its own 3G network in major metropolitan areas but needed a partner to provide voice and data roaming services outside coverage areas. Dave Wireless now has roaming agreements in place to cover North America.
