Delta to expand cable to 3,400 addresses in province 'white spots'

Dutch operator Delta has started a major expansion of its cable network in the province of Zeeland. The plan is to connect 3,400 addresses in villages and towns that do not yet have access to fast internet. These "white spots" currently use internet via DSL. People who sign up for fast internet via cable will not have to pay for the connection.
