Deutsche Telekom eyes T-Mobile USA, MetroPCS tie-up - report
Deutsche Telekom is examining a deal that would combine T-Mobile USA with MetroPCS Communications, reports Bloomberg citing two unnamed people familiar with the matter. The sources said that Deutsche Telekom could conduct a stock-swap transaction that would give it control of the new US-listed entity. Deutsche Telekom and MetroPCS both declined to comment on the report.
