Deutsche Telekom, Vodafone,Telefonica tie up to skip outages

German telecoms operators Deutsche Telekom, Vodafone and Telefonica are in talks about a closer cooperation to prevent network disturbances. In the case of any future outage on one network, customers might be able to use the other networks, bild.de reports.
