Michel Dussenne and Ray Stewart, who together have been leading Belgacom since the death of John J. Goossens on 8 November 2002, are pleased to learn of the Belgian government’s announcement concerning the appointment of Didier Bellens as the new CEO of Belgacom.
They are convinced that under the guidance of Mr. Bellens, who has demonstrated his numerous leadership qualities in previous positions, Belgacom will be able to meet the challenges on its horizon. The Belgacom team would like to ensure him that he can rely on their readiness and full cooperation to successfully complete the important assignment.

Over the last few months, in the wake of the tragic disappearance of John Goossens, Michel Dussenne and Ray Stewart have jointly carried out the functions of CEO. All of their Belgacom colleagues are grateful for the professionalism and skill with which they accomplish this difficult task, until the entrance into office of Mr Bellens.
