Wednesday 5 September 2018 | 11:10 CET | News
Digicel Trinidad & Tobago will offer 4G-LTE coverage across the whole of the twin-island nation by the end of November, reports local website Newsday, citing the company's CEO Jabbor Kayumov. The operator intends to install an additional 100 LTE sites to complement its existing network of 300 bases over the next 45 days, said Kayumov, who's been CEO for about a month. Digicel launched its LTE service a month and a half ago, spending USD 250 million to upgrade its network, and already has over 100,000 4G users, added the CEO.
