VoIP over DSL networks increased by 2.2 percent, and cable VoIP subscribers lifted 2.0 percent. Telecompaper expects the fixed telephony market to continue expanding until 2017, with a CAGR of 1.2 percent per year, with VoIP lines more than offsetting the continued decrease in PSTN/ISDN and WLR users.
