Esmertec acquires Kada Systems
Esmertec (www.esmertec.com), the leading provider of Java solutions for mobile multimedia phones and embedded devices, and Kada Systems, announced an agreement whereby Esmertec acquires the entire business assets of Kada Systems, including technology, intellectual property and commercial agreements. Kada Systems (www.kadasystems.com) is an independent provider of certified Java 2, Micro Edition (J2ME™) software deployment solutions for mobile solution providers, and delivers commercial quality J2ME implementations to device manufacturers, developers and operating system providers.
