
Everything Everywhere CEO shakes up management team

Olaf Swantec, the new CEO of UK mobile operator Everything Everywhere, has shaken up the company's management team after taking on his new role on 1 September. The ten-member executive team will support Swantee as the company transitions from integration of the Orange and T-Mobile operations to delivery of services. The new leadership team includes Pippa Dunn as chief marketing officer Consumer, Gerry McQuade as chief marketing officer Non-Consumer Mobile (and acting chief sales officer through the end of 2011), Ralf Brandmeier as chief performance officer, Marc Allera as chief sales officer from Q1 2012, Jackie O'Leary as chief customer officer, Steven Day as chief of Brand & Communications, Francoise Clemes as HR chief, Stephen Harris as chief of staff, Neal Milsom as CFO, and Fotis Karonis as acting chief technology officer. Executives leaving the company include CFO and deputy CEO Richard Moat, chief commercial officer Andrew Ralston, VP of HR Ian Pitcher, VP of strategy, regulation and planning Nicolas Ott, VP of trading Neil Macgeorge, and chief change officer Linda Kennedy. Macgeorge and Kennedy agreed to return as consultants throughout the rest of the year in order to ensure a smooth transition for the organisation.
