Finland reduces stake in TeliaSonera

Finland is reducing its stake in TeliaSonera. The state holding company Solidium said it was selling 68 million shares in an one-day bookbuilding to international institutional investors. This will reduce its stake from 11.7 percent to around 10 percent. Solidium has agreed not to sell any further TeliaSonera shares for 90 days.

Finland reduces stake in TeliaSonera to 3.2%

Finland's state holding company Solidium has successfully placed 200 million TeliaSonera shares at SEK 51.0 per share, raising gross proceeds of SEK 10.200 billion and reducing its share in the company to 3.2 percent from 7.8 percent. The size of the equity offering was upped to 200 million from 175 million shares due to strong investor interest. Solidium has agreed not to dispose of any further shares in TeliaSonera for a period of 90 days following the announcement of the offering on 10 February.

TeliaSonera posts small rise in EBITDA, maintains outlook
