Flow Barbados up to 39 LTE sites, 16,000 subscriptions

Wednesday 31 May 2017 | 12:07 CET | News
The Flow Barbados subsidiary of Cable & Wireless Communications (CWC) has reached over 16,000 LTE subscribers just two months after activating the service at the end of March, reports local daily The Nation. The company has increased the number of LTE base stations to 39 all over the island and is looking to at least double its 4G subscription base by the end of the year. Rival Digicel was the first operator to launch 4G services on the island in October last year.
