Former CEO of Proximus to settle insider trading case with EUR 107,000 fine

Dominique Leroy, the former CEO of Proximus, has agreed to pay a fine of EUR 107,000 to settle the case against her for suspected insider trading. The amount was confirmed by the public prosecutor's officer in Brussels to De Tijd. The council chamber has yet to approve the settlement but this should take place on 15 July. Leroy will not confirm the settlement herself while the case is still running.
