Freenet mobile revenues drop 1.1% to EUR 811.6 mln in Q4

Freenet Group expects to pay around EUR 100 million in cash plus EUR 195 million for acquiring a shareholder loan for the acquisition of German DVB-T operator Media Broadcast, according to its annual report. The company announced the acquisition plus the buy of 25 percent stake in Exaring, a Munich-based provider of a closed IP platform for entertainment services on 3 March of this year. As part of the transaction, Freenet will also repay Media Broadcast liabilities due to banks.The acquisition still needs approval from the German cartel office and is expected to be finalized in April of this
