German govt signs innovation pact on Industry 4.0, climate, mobility with Dutch counterpart

The German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs said it has signed an innovation pact with its Dutch counterpart. They aim to promote innovations in areas such as Industry 4.0, CO2 reduction in industry, mobility, healthcare and key technologies. The parties involved are Germany's Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Federation of German Industry (BDI), and on the Dutch side, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy, the Foreign Ministry, employers' federation VNO-NCW, the association of enterprises in the industrial sector FME, and Top Sector HTSM.
