German regulator sees telecom complaints grow to 220,000

German federal network regulator Bundesnetzagentur has received an average of more than 18,000 consumer complaints regarding telecom services per month during this year. The number of telecom complaints has grown to more than 220,000 in the whole year, for first times since the agency started recording the complaints. The upside is that the number of complaints about being cut off after or during a change of provider has decreased from 5,300 in 2015 to 2,700 cases now.
