Russian mobile operator MTS has signed a marketing partnership agreement with Google. The two will together promote Google mobile internet technologies and search services. MTS will promote the 'OK, Google' voice search service during its advertising campaigns and at its shops. In addition, the Google App mobile application will be pre-loaded on smartphones sold at MTS shops. The partnership is expected to help expand Google's share of the Russian search market, where it still trails local players Yandex and Mail.ru.
