Harbinger sells remaining stake in Inmarsat

Harbinger Capital has sold its 14 percent stake in satellite operator Inmarsat for GBP 431 million. The 64.3 million shares were sold for 670 pence each in a placement managed by Credit Suisse and UBS. Harbinger raised a similar amount last October when it sold a 14 percent stake in Inmarsat. It no longer holds any shares in the satellite company. Inmarsat still works with LightSquared, the Harbinger company investing in a LTE and satellite network in the US.
