HNA looking to sell Ingram Micro for USD 7.5 bln - report

Private equity firm Apollo Global put a bid for Ingram Micro a few weeks ago, but it was rejected by parent HNA, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing sources familiar with the matter. China's HNA Group is looking for a sales price of USD 7.5 billion, including USD 1.5 billion in debt. Other US private equity firms have expressed interest in Ingram, though the Apollo discussions appear the most advanced, some sources said. Talks are ongoing, but there is no guarantee any deal for Ingram will be reached, they added. HNA bought Ingram Micro two years ago for USD 6 billion. It is now looking
