Croatian operator Hrvatski Telekom and Zagrebacka Banka have unveiled the Telecom Banking service. The mobile banking service offers a current, foreign currency and giro account, free transactions, internet banking and other services, such as loans and savings. It also includes free money transfers through the IziPay service, which don't require a bank account, only the recipient's contact details.
The prerequisite for using Telecom Banking is to be a bank customer and download the application. It is not necessary to be an HT customer, but those who are will have benefits. These include zero-rated data for using the app and bonus credit on top-ups made over the platform.
The service costs from EUR 10 per month.
