Hungary consults on auction of 900 MHz, 1,800 MHz frequency bands

Hungary's telecom authority NMHH opened a consultation on the draft proposal for an auction of rights in the 900 MHz and 1800 MHz frequency bands. The current licences held by three mobile operators expire in the spring of 2022. In the planned procedure, NMHH will sell 60 MHz in the 900 MHz band and 120 MHz in the 1,800 MHz band.
