
French FTTH provider Citebre has agreed to be acquired by Iliad for an undisclosed amount. Iliad is buying Citefibre from Nicominvest and the company's founders to merge it with its fibre optic networks in Paris. Citefibre, which began operations in 2004, has over 3,000 km of fibre connecting 130 buildings with around 4,000 apartments. It has 25 employees and over 500 subscribers. The company holds authorisations to deploy to another 4,000 homes.
