ISPA questions findings of 'Broadbad 2.0' report

The Internet Service Providers' Association (ISPA) in the UK has questioned the methodology and findings of the 'Broadbad 2.0' report released by the British Infrastructure Group (BIG). The ISPA said it was important that policy designed to improve broadband availability and take-up is undertaken in a robust, evidence-based manner.
