After the completion of the re-capitalization of the company, Jazztel will look for a merger partner. The Spanish fixed telecom provider has hired investment bank Rothschild to seek candidates, Spanish daily Expansion reported citing no sources. At present the company is in the middle of a reorganization plan. It already had merger talks last year with rival Uni2, a France Telecom subsidiary.
