Kenyan Q4 fixed internet market exceeds 500,000 as Zuku regains lead from Safaricom

Fixed internet connections in Kenya crossed the half-million mark for the first time in the quarter ending 31 December 2019, Business Daily reported citing the Communications Authority of Kenya. Zuku reclaimed the top spot from Safaricom with a 35 percent share of the market. Zuku added 23,885 fixed subscribers in the review period and ended the year with 175,433 while added Safaricom 11,207 and finished the year with 165,810 connections.
