Koreans prefer Wi-Fi networks for video streaming - study

South Korean smartphone users access Wi-Fi networks for streaming video content, rather than LTE networks, Yonhap news agency reports, citing a survey from Nielsen Korea. The report shows that the Wi-Fi network accounted for 90.7 percent of the time spent on video streaming services by Android smartphones users in March. Only 9.3 percent used the LTE networks to watch video content.
