KPN keeps FY guidance as customer satisfaction rises, revenues dip 1.6% in Q3

KPN management is satisfied with the company's third quarter. Customer satisfaction rose to a record level, both among consumers and among companies, the Dutch operator announced. Due to the continuing focus on bundling, more customers are taking fixed-mobile combinations (FMC), which means that revenue per household is growing.
