With the new subscription, all retail customers will receive "Business Service," including a special helpdesk with customer service available 24/7. If there is a network problem, there will a next day guarantee.
In combination with mobile services, quad play discounts will be on offer in the form of KPN Complete, as is already the case for the consumer market. These extras include discount on mobile subscription, double data bundle, free on-net calls and MB sharing. Customers with Interactive TV will also be able to get a free TV package such as Fox Sports Eredivisie or the Plus Package.
The packages will be available from 9 October, from all KPN stores and online channels.
Prices for the packages will start from EUR 53.46.
The simplest package comes with 40/4 internet with KPN Veilig on two devices and one or two phone lines, for EUR 53.46 per month (excl VAT). Upon delivery, a worker will provide free installation and perform a Wi-Fi check. This package can be expanded with interactive TV (1 HD receiver) for EUR 62.46 a month.
The package with 80/8 internet and a second TV receiver package is priced at EUR 70.46 per month. For EUR 78.46 per month, the specifications go to 100/10 internet and two TV receivers suitable for 4K.
There will be quad play extras to match the ones KPN features on the consumer market. On each mobile subscription, KPN will give a discount of EUR 4.13 per month. In addition, there is an additional channel package, free on-net calls and double the amount of mobile data.
