
KPN shows still interest in buying O2 Germany but sees analysts' prediction about the sale incorporating EUR 1 billion - EUR 2 billion too high, KPN spokesman Marinus Potman said to Yahoo!. Potman was confirming comments made to a group of analysts by KPN's chief financial officer, Maarten Henderson. The spokesman also said that KPN has not held any recent talks with the Dutch government about its 31 percent stake in the operator. Some investors have been speculating that the state could be considering raising funds by unloading a part of the holding.
